Because my guy is 4 ST right now, and I bet you're right about the 6 ST, so eventually (I don't mind waiting) am I gonna run across an item that brings it up to 6 (+2)? If not I guess I'd have to edit him with some character editor or something.

Fallout 1 question: My character only has 4 strength, but I want to be able to use big guns like the minigun and flamer. Will my low strength prevent me from being able to use those (successfully) even if I've trained my character up to 100 in big guns? I noticed when I use them it says...
