Recent nuclear conspiracy at McMaster University

Nuclear devices... illegal? How does your government sleep at night without knowing your cities are powered by plants that could accidentally go super-critical and instantly immolate all the oxygen in the city in the blink of an eye?

    Blind Anti-Americanism. What's it good for, y'all?

I'd hardly call it segregation. That would mean it's legally sanctioned, wouldn't it? I think you're over-emphasizing the role of the neighbor. My interactions with my neighbors are mostly limited to "hey, can I have my frisbee back?" sorta stuff.

    Weapon upgrades

Well, they did say there would be a Science Boy path in the game where building unique, powerful items would be one of the keys to victory... so it's very possible you will tinker with weapons yourself.

    JE Sawyer's resignation...

Does anyone have an idea or guess or whatever on how JE Sawyer's resignation will affect FO3? It seemed pretty promising thus far... so I just pray to god Chuck doesn't get the job. Move this if it should be in general Fallout. I was kind of iffy on putting it here instead of there.

I'm Probably Dead for Saying This, But...

I can think of one other Interplay game that did pretty well... Earthworm Jim! Ahh, I loved that game. Anyway, knowing a lot of console-only gamers, I introduced a lot of them to Fallout. The $20 2-in-1 Jewel Case was also a real selling point for them. I don't think you can just classify all...

    Floating value

I think items should have less of a fixed value in Fallout 3. It could be dictated by supply and demand, and of course the values could be different in each reason. For example, stimpacks would be more valuable in Redding than in Vault City, whereas gold is more valuable in Vault City than in...

AC bonus from unused action points, who uses it?

...I don't think the game engine was designed with near-100 AC characters in mind. When you press a mechanic way further than it is intended to be, things tend to get weird.

    Snipers in Fallout 3

Well, that problem could be solved by having trickle-down SP between gun skills... I mean, sure a big gun handles differently than a small gun or an energy weapon, but you still know how to aim, shoot, and hit what you aim at. They're a bit different, but still the same basic action, you know?
