Fast Shoot is good how it be normally, why should it effect melee or unarmed?

Look to other maps in city.txt than you will understand fast how it works. But you must also change the map.msg and worldmap.txt

In silent storm weapons have bleeding effect, so you lose every turn hp when you need treat it. The player character is like all other you cant stand with tons of ammo in your body. No Armor makes you immortal now, even the Power Armor have no chance against AP ammo.

Have you ever tried a real shotgun?they are only effective in rooms or when you are near a target. The shotguns also need more strength and Ap to fire.

Green grids are to change map... When you have this and want to another map, you must define the map. Red grids to go back to worldmap. You haven't define a map, so the game dont know what you want that is why a crash.

Not useless its now only secondary you still can fight against animals with it. But to go with a spear in a fight against a person with a gun, its not recommended.
