While it is remembered fondly by many, you're overestimating how many because of where you go. I love the game Syndicate for example but almost no one remembers it, even if I find forums with 20 people who do.

I highly doubt they'd totally overlook it after Skyrim had farms and food vendors, etc. Places like Megaton had Brahmin trade which works for me considering the few that actually lived there and they had a water plant at least.
