Why was water not that big a deal(beyond the water chip problem and water merchant wars) in the first two games? Was water not contaminated at all by radiation, or they had better water purifcation tech in the east coast compared to the capitol wasteland?

Well, first, you have to like the game to begin with. :P This DLC is being made in mind for fans of Fallout 3 who want additional content.

I think Bethesda can if they stop being lazy. Modders have already created several vehicle mods with the OA tank, a motorbike and hovercraft.

I hope you can pilot the space ship. Would be nice to finally have vehicles within the game. And the screenshots look interesting, it could make for some interesting modding possibilities if it's set in outer space.

Uhh guys, did you all forget about the Outcasts? For all intents and purposes, they ARE the original BOS. Hell, they even try to kill you at the end of Operation Anchorage because they want your tech. A shame they weren't better developed into a faction you could do more for, but they were there.

Well, I just contacted the makers. They said they can make another one, but it'll cost $4580 + shipping! :shock: Wish I had that money to waste, but guess I'll just be making my own instead.

Ehh, I still don't understand why people buy stuff to download, especially after hearing the horror stories of Steam accounts getting hacked and all that money wasted. It's cheaper on eBay anyway, a solid, physical retail copy there sells for around $20-$30 now.

Well I liked Point Lookout, the setting not making much sense in a post-apoc world notwithstanding. If Bethesda's gonna make DLC, it should be more exploration-oriented ones like this with a decent-sized area to actually explore.
