I can only hope Bethesda puts more effort into actually making a city for the game. Megaton and Rivet City weren't much of one.

Seems awfully premature to talk about Fallout 4. It probably won't even be for this gen of consoles either.

Well, I'm not seeing that on the various forums out there, especially at the Bethesda boards. Most people are overall pretty disappointed with it, with the same arguments I've seen here about bastardizing the series into mindless shootan. Guess they're starting to wake up. :roll:

Definitely a settings problem, I had the same problem on my crappy outdated "gaming" laptop as well, slow as hell entering VATS compared to the 360 version.

How the hell did it sell 4.7 million copies? Most mainstream gamers have never even heard of the franchise before, not to mention that it has enough RPG elements that should be keeping away the Halo crowd.

There's the problem. Fallout 2 bases too much humor on parodies and pop-culture references.

Not really. They don't get any DLC, that's a big slap in the face for PS3 owners, and there are quite a bit of angry PS3 fans on Bethesda's board right now.

It's a G3, not an AK. And IIRC, energy-based weapons were only recently developed before the nuclear war destroyed everything.

Can't say I like the subways either. Instead of rubble, they could've just made those areas full of supermutants that would be suicide to try and take on unless you were at a higher level, and that the subways were an easier, alternate path to take.

So you would rather just have areas that relate to the main quest in a Fallout game, that's it? Nothing else?

Arcanum is a good game, but the game mechanics has got to be the most broken one I've ever seen in any RPG ever. The fact that I could kill the final boss with such a low-level spell like harm is just ridiculous! Still quite memorable though. I'll never forget Half-Ogre Island. FUCK GNOMES...

I believe that's what the next two DLC are. Operation Anchorage is obviously going to be combat-oriented, it's a simulation of a battlefield!

I have no clue, we'll just have to wait and see to find out. A shame you had to pay for it though, it'd be even nicer if this was free instead...

Well, I'm looking forward to it, and at $15, it's cheaper than I thought it'd be too. It's just supposed to be a in-game simulaton within the game anyway.

Probably a bug. Same thing happens every now and then after I saved Initiate Pek. The dude pops up in the weirdest of places like a stalker!
