    That's an interesting idea Sagez, but I think it falls outside the scope of the UP and RP. The RP is for restoring content that was originally planned but never finished (or in some cases started). What you're talking about it more like a stand-alone mod.

    What .Pixote is saying is that the mod isn't just languishing, and that while killap is occupied, its still undergoing improvements. I for one and incredibly excited to see the improvements to the maps.

    No reason to delay the release for a language pack. Once you (your team?) is done and the files are submitted to killap, he can release an updated installer that includes the RU translation and the (presumably) current hotfixes.

    Couldn't you force a 'morale break' (not sure what FO calls this)? Whatever function it is that makes towns people run from you when you starting blasting them. It might not force them off the screen, but it gets them away from you.
