You are wrong. Fallout => The Vault Dweller. The character is meant to be THE vault dweller, and you don't really get many of those in the wasteland. Fallout 2 => The Chosen One. You are given the choice, even, to have the PC identify himself as "the chosen one" on more than a few dialogs.

Well, up to the point I stopped watching the game (when Spain scored), there were at least five fouls by Span that he didn't see, and two fouls from Portugal that weren't fouls... I can't talk about the remaining minutes of the game though.

Portugal 0 Brazil 0. I think Portugal played better, but overall a very uninspired game, that wouldn't really have gained much by having goals in it. Besides, the referee was terrible.
