If the majority of them come by sea. Why not use satelites to monitor the sea? So when they see a boat with refugees they can send other ships to intercept it before they arrive to the shore. Also sending them to prison for the crimes they commit is a bad idea. They should be instantly deported...

Yes and it creates its own folder without overwriting anything. I think you can use other mods just as long as it doesn't interfere with Resurrection folder.

Don't feel bad, I spent some time trying to complete it too. Anyway, I just finished the game. I think it was really good. Definetly worth replaying again.

There is a vault, its in front of a hotel. To access it you need to fight some ghouls in the hotel because the outside elevator doesn't work. It's a wasted location for 15-20 minute quest. Oh and a u can hev steamy secs with a robo brain ;X :3

Yeah, if you someone gives you the CK files. Only then you can't get updates :/. I really wish this was on steam like it did for NV and Skyrim. But it isn't worth using right now because it's missing features. You can't even create scripts in it yet.... or find them for that...
