The only piece of equipment in F3 that looks more or less thesame like in F1/2 is T-51b.

NONE of true fallout weapons are in F3, and look like their former selves.

About FT PA/T- 52 looks like baby of T- 51b and APA. Also creators of F3 must like this one cause their Enclave PA is inspired by it.

Well, besides the execution of the game and it`s fable another great flaw is that there are to less known things in F3 to relate with. 1. None of guns are from previous games. 2. The Vaults have different construction and even such iconic thing like Vault doors was changed nearly entirely...

Well it was agreed long time ago, that not all things that are 50, are Fallout. Fallout Tactics which have less 50 themes than F3 is far more Fallout than the other game.
