I strongly suggest installing it to Your Documents folder, Desktop or the best solution: Other drive. Drive C is protected by system and there are various reasons why it might fail or unable to save

is your game installed to C:\Program Files ?

so how you run Fallout 2 then? Show contents of folder where you installed Fallout 2

how about making player appearing near the cave, guard there having popup text "Elder wants to see you" or something similar but also removing plants for the time being and putting them back once player get quest for them ?

I see you removed windows glass @ Becky's ? (&fireplace?) as for Cave, yes it's better to get out near cave

I think world map is bit too small otherwise all else looking fine

Android got SDL port as well (you can play Baldur's Gate/Icewind Dale/Planescape Torment with gemBR as well OpenTTD, Free Heroes 2 and aDosBox all using it on Android) ... I am looking forward to play F2 on my phone as well, if BG1 plays flawlessy (no slowdowns etc) I assume F2 could be working...

it will be illegal to distribute Fallout 2 content but distributing *patch* or new application that uses existing Fallout 2 files would not be illegal

HOLY S.... Fallout 2 using SDL engine? Awesome, there's already Android port of SDL, there's guy who ported few PC games to Android using SDL, so I am definitely waiting for this one Timeslip!!

@Jotisz: I found little bit odd his forehead is shining nearly like a mirror, gives plastic feeling, try lower shining effect to make it more like a skin, kind of mesh or so
