I was playing Fallout 2 'bout a month back and suddenly the overhead world map started going really slow. I barely move anywhere, but the random encounters haven't slowed down at all. So I end up with 3 or 4 random encounters between Arroyo and Klammath. I've tried win 98/95 compatability...
