IIRC Cane is a Dexterity weapon, so putting points is Strength makes little sense. My advice? Focus on either Dexterity or Strength build for the first playthrough. Strength is perhaps a bit better in that regard, because it has some pretty OP weapons late game that are easy to learn...

Yeah, BB is pretty straightforward and well made in that regard. I hate the phrase "git gud", but it kinda rings true in BB, unlike some bullshit parts in DS2/3. Either you're doing something wrong, or you've just stumbled into some difficult area way to early.

All of those hobby supplement things can be covered by way cheaper products that can be found in regular art and hardware stores. Nice work on the Skitarii tho.
