No, it isn't rape, it's failed seduction if you have less then the required charisma. You don't try to force her to do anything, but she sees it as attempted rape and calls for her father.

From the trailer, I think they are adding in the ability from the game jam to transorm into a Vampire Lord, which was that huge batlike creature.

A radscorpion took the oppurnity to snap at Chameleons leg with its pincer. The pincer manages to draw blood, and Chameleon curses silently, and wished he hadn't ignored the radscorpions that were right in front of him.

Yeah, but Edward would've shot you if you waited for 3 minutes. Its kind of why he said "Drop the crossbow! Now!" and not "Whenever its convenient, could you drop that crossbow you are aiming at my companion."
