The server couldn't handle the traffic, so, although we didn't want to do it we had to disable guest view... If you register you'll be able to see everything. We just thought it beats the alternative of not having a forum at all... :) EDIT: Looks like I was wrong... The forum and site...

What is the best war film?

Welsh, I didn't find his approach to be too much on the american side... I thought he pretty much covered the british side as well. He even wrote an entire book about Pegasus bridge, which was a british operation. And, Kharn, Don't matter what you don't watch A.I... That movie was so bad...

    Fallout: The Real Story

I will post regulary on the real story, as long as Slaman keeps making them. And, by the way, I want everyone to remember that the competition is rigged, and Slamy chooses the people that pay him the most in peeled bannans.

    Sept 11-

Welsh is pretty correct here. The biggest obstacle for peace here is the extremist groups on both sides. The Jewish relegious settelers wrongly beileve that the whole land belongs to them because that is what the bible say. They believe that if we wait long enough the palestinians would "go...

Jackalmonkey asked five interesting question over in this thread at the Interplay boards, and got five equally interesting answers from JE Sawyer: Q: Will the player be able to see the related modifiers of having, say, the Unarmed skill (or any other), at a certain level? For instance, will...

Mr. Teatime asked a question about cinematics in Van Buren:<blockquote>Will the cutscenes in VB be in-engine, like Warcraft III, or FMV like previous Fallouts? </blockquote> Chad "Briareus" Nicholas gave this reply: <blockquote>The previous Fallouts had FMV as well as in-game cutscenes and Van...

    Living NPC's

In this thread at the Interplay message boards, Leop said he would like the NPC's in Van Buren to be more interesting and have real personalities. Chad "Briareus" Nicholas replied:<blockquote>While it's technically possible to do that in Van Buren, whether or not it gets done will depend on...

    More about unarmed weapons

Richard "Akari" Taylor, BIS Programmer, made a little comment about unarmed weapons in Van Buren: <blockquote> The engine supports 'weapons' that would augment your kicks just as it supports weapons that augment your punches. Not sure what the actual kick-augmenting stuff would be as of yet...
