    Fallhope - New Van Buren

Well, I wish them luck, I hope it turns out well, but my prediction is that these guys make a release date, don't make it, make another, don't make it, their site goes down, and all hope is lost for the old Fallout fans, personally I love all 3(main) games. So if Van Buren gets made I'll be...

    Fallhope - New Van Buren

I get the feeling this won't last long if Bethesda hears about this.

    Which Fallout?

Fallout 2 is the better of the 2, however you should be warned that they are 10000000* different than 3. I personally loved everything about Fallout 1 and 2 besides the damn combat system and how impossible the game fucking was, especially with a fucking time limit.

OXM responds to the Fallout community

Your logic is undeniable, appeal to one of the minorities in an attempt to get the majority to buy your product.

Things we learned from Fallout 3

    363. People hide mininukes in grocery stores which can be found by stepping on a pressure plate which blows up a shitload of stuff, and the mininuke can fall out of a hole in the ceiling, and not blow up even though all it takes for it to be blown up otherwise is to be shot out of a long tube.

OXM responds to the Fallout community

<blockquote>[On] the subject of the “absolute travesty,” we’re well aware of the previous appearance of those factions in the original Fallout PC games. That information was originally included in the panel referring to Obsidian’s heritage, but was cut for reasons of space - and because it won’t...

PC Gamer gets Fallout: New Vegas world exclusive!

PSM praises writing of Fallout: New Vegas

No surprise here, Obsidian has always been good at writing, look at Kotor 2, one of the best game stories I've ever seen, unfortunately they didn't have time to finish the game and it was rushed into production, I really hope that doesn't happen here.

USA Today previews Fallout: New Vegas

I don't think so, blue sky and plants, yeah sure. But a less dead world other than that and weather would ruin the Fallout Post-Nuclear Apocalypse atmosphere.

What would your perfect Fallout game be?

What in your mind would be the perfect Fallout game? I don't mean Fallout in the same sense that people say "Fallout 3 isn't a Fallout game." I mean what would be the perfect game in your opinion based in the Fallout universe. Plot? Combat system? Turn Based, realtime, realtime with...

Introduce yourself! AKA the "Say hello" thread

Hi, I'm new here. I have the unique and not so popular position of hating the original Fallouts' isometric view and turn based combat. I still love the immersion and all the choices and consequences of the old games, but I'm younger so I have a hard time beating the learning curve. My perfect...

Vote for your top 5 changes from fallout 3 to new vegas

    1) DIALOGUE/VOICE ACTING NEEDS MAJOR IMPROVEMENT. 2) Better story, although from what I've heard it seems interesting. I just hope it's less Fallout-y like the previous ones that were all like this: Go here, find this, bring back, save day. 3) More consequences for actions, and less black...

    Will Fallout 3 be remembered?

Of course it will be remembered, it's the game that brought the Fallout series to the mainstream Console Kids. It will be forgotten of course, but not for a while. It's a great game, not a great Fallout game, but a great game nonetheless.
