Let's see, we've had desert land, snow land and urban land. Soon to come space land and swamp land. Next steps would be water land, lava land, grass land and dream land. Then Fallout 3 will be as much Super Mario and Heroes of Might and Magic as it has ever been Fallout.

Why would they do that? I would assume since they hold the IP, that there wouldn't be a separate need to trademark the movie, because no outsider wouldn't be allowed anyway to do their own project.

Van Buren wasn't a proper Fallout game and I was happy it didn't manifest into anything complete. But compared to what we got from Bethesda, it's a no brainer which one would've been better game and more Fallout-y.
