    Is NV too much NCR-Sided?

+ 1 One dimensional characters with little motivation other than wanting to see people die has no place in a Fallout game, in my opinion. Even Orion Moreno is a deep character, and he's the closest thing to it. Leave the poorly written characters to Bethesda.

[New York Times, 8 minutes ago] WAR!

Just trying to adapt to terminology you insist on using. Not sure about that, but it's just as good as every other contrived justification for civilian deaths in the 20th and 21st centuries. Is it one month or three? To the DPRK, yes. How is it not harmful? It's provocative...

[New York Times, 8 minutes ago] WAR!

I work for the foreign affairs office on 102 street, Hyung district, Pyongyang. You got me. It's not immoral to respond to blatant provocations. You've seen the map, right? It's like how Poland mobilized their army back in March, 1939, into the Danzig Corridor. Shit was bound to...

[New York Times, 8 minutes ago] WAR!

That word is right up there with "right" when it comes to politics. Seems to have worked out okay from this angle. Hilarity ensues, since when did I say either side was the bad guy? Both nations are pretty messed up. One is mostly isolated, extremely authoritarian and spends a rather...

[New York Times, 8 minutes ago] WAR!

When we start talking about "rights" when it comes to bilateral relationships between countries, the discussion is effectively over. The South Koreans provoked North Korea, North Korea shelled them. End of story, message received. And judging from the incompetence of the South Korean navy...

[New York Times, 8 minutes ago] WAR!

Yes, South Korea acted belligerently. Imagine if the US and say West German held a naval exercise off the coast of Pomerania in 1976? The Warsaw Pact countries would not have taken that kind of flagrant provocation, and typically they didn't.

Lobbing grenades? What are you on about. South Korea provoked North Korea. It matters not how many died. Shit happens in war. 6 South Koreans died so far in the naval exercises. That means for far 10 people, civilian and not have died because of South Korea's stupidity.

Did anyone catch the part about the provocative naval exercises by South Korea near the disputed sea border?

Depends where you are, to be honest.

What Remains: A Singleplayermod Basing on the FOnline Engine

Something I'm definitely excited about. Will you include any Fallout Tactics towns, like Coldwater, for example? I'd love to actually role play in these areas.

[New York Times, 8 minutes ago] WAR!

Who said anything about direct military action? This is the 21st century's new superpower challenging the sole superpower out of the 20th century.

    Fallout: Commonwealth

Just wait until I cry, "fucking savages!" as I obliterate them. :D This seems so... contrived, doesn't it? Why must everything be unilaterally multicultural today? Native American reserves exist, don't they? I had assumed that these tribes descended from the populations on these reserves...

[New York Times, 8 minutes ago] WAR!

Everybody says this, fact is China has warned the US not to bring in the USS Washington. The area is considered China's "exclusive economic zone". Read the article I posted, it has nothing to do with that.

Do you think it's perfectly okay to dismiss Fallout 3...

Not saying I would, but for the sake of argument, start up Fallout 1 and go find some Super Mutants without leveling up and see how well you do against them with the 10 mm pistol, on the easiest setting. Let's see how well your "turn based exploitation" turns out. :D
