Is it just me or the PA is all the rage these days...

Dark Sun is hardly a new setting either, it is classic D&D and one of the stronger ones behind Forgotten Realms. More of a dying world type deal and not completely PA although you do get the feeling. So no, I don't think anything is being overdone.

    What's your GOTY?

Considering no one in the western world cares about the Ukraine and they are the punch line in our sitcom jokes, I would say it is safe to say we count it as a 2010 release. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fzLtF_PxbYw

    Have you seen this man?

That is a pretty crazy (and interesting) story.

    Fallout: Ashen Earth

I don't understand the notion of how a giant metal box would adequately protect against nuclear weapons, but maybe I am missing something here.

    Dwarfs

I always thought Dwarfs were an odd party of Fallout, no biggie for me to see them not make an appearance.

How Would You Handle Somali Pirates?

No need to make a spectacle of things by hanging them back at port, we are civilized are we not? Simply shoot them and throw them overboard. They should be aware of the risk when they take up arms against foreign vessels.

    US slams 'criminals' behind WikiLeaks

It will provide next to no change at all, the only thing it will do is give bored people like us on the internet something to gab about. Some of the things our government does and the method in which they operate need not be known by the common man. That is the way it has been, the way it is...

[New York Times, 8 minutes ago] WAR!

Anyone notice a pattern? I am waiting for someone who is into psychology to start drawing up conclusions about Avensworth closeted sexuality :P. In all seriousness though, you are still back tracking with so many things you say. As if your ignorant anti-Western rants don't give away your...

[New York Times, 8 minutes ago] WAR!

No, you are the one who is ridiculous. Your ignorance is blazing in pretty much everything you post while you rant away like some child just trying to cause a scene by latching onto an unpopular opinion and riding it out while having nothing to actually support your statement simply because you...

    The Guns and Ammo Thread

Pre-Determined for them, random for us. Who knows, maybe they think Best Buy is going to stage a heist. Honestly it does not seem like that bad of a gig, I still have my heart set on Law Enforcement but if I can't get work with an agency right away after I finish my Criminal Justice degree, I...

[New York Times, 8 minutes ago] WAR!

Actually, that is the issue. No one with a rational grip on North Koreas military power can honestly argue that they would not get roflstomped in a few short weeks of a full fledged military engagement. The fact of the matter is however that North Korea has such an absurd amount of artillery...

[New York Times, 8 minutes ago] WAR!

And I think you are a tool who clearly has absolutely no idea what he is talking about. Your logic is based on that no one except North Korea knows North Koreas military strength. Which also raises the question of how you are so sure of its strength since apparently even the most advanced...

[New York Times, 8 minutes ago] WAR!

Yes, we clearly know nothing. With our multi-billion dollar information network, spy satellites, informants, and what ever else our intelligence services can utilize, we have no knowledge what so ever of North Koreas military strength, nope none at all. I retract my previous statement, I...

[New York Times, 8 minutes ago] WAR!

I would be curious to know Thomas Des nationality as well. The hostility towards American and seeming to sympathize with an anti-Western mentality/communist ideals make it even more interesting. He also seems to have a very romanticized vision of the lone and broken underdog North Koreans...

[New York Times, 8 minutes ago] WAR!

Seemed a bit redundant at this point, but you are right. I think most rational people here know that NK would not stand a chance in open warfare with the United States. The state of the military means everything. Who said anything about keeping it? If the goal was to put an end to military...

[New York Times, 8 minutes ago] WAR!

Since I am not going to hold my breath that you are willing to read up on exactly why the North Korean military is in complete shambles compared to Western standards I will give you something a bit more simple. United States...

[New York Times, 8 minutes ago] WAR!

I keep forgetting, you are the person who started the thread about how the USSR did not lose the Afghan war, that should tell all we need to know about your logic. The North Korea infrastructure is a wreck, starvation and human rights abuse run rampant. The NK military is severely under...

[New York Times, 8 minutes ago] WAR!

Alright, I have a better one for you, courtesy of a very wise moderator in the Political Playground section of another forum. This was written when NK restarted it's nuclear reactors but it can just as easily be related to this event. The world is a very different place. Russia and China...

[New York Times, 8 minutes ago] WAR!

Yes yes, the most powerful nation in the world and it's allies know nothing about the country that can be equated as the fat bully kid who throws rocks at the popular children and hopes that instead of being smacked around the teacher will give it a treat and send it on its way out of pity...
