Sean Brennan on Fallout 3 DLC

Mass Effect's 'Bring Down the Sky'. Nobody bothered to crack/hack it, so it wasn't pirated. I think it wasn't just an easy 'copy the file into the Data folder' install, rather it came with a new executable.

    Bethesda talks Fallout: New Vegas

So this is going to be something like the Planescape mod for NWN2 (or any large quest mod for Oblivion), except with professional game developers. In a sense it is kinda good, because Obsidian doesn't have to develop everything, only the storyline (quests, NPCs, etc), landscapes and town, and...

    I See Fields of Green...

This one looks like the skeleton of a huge metalic angel, with the bottom of the spine in the foreground and the wings spread out across the forest. Very steam-punk!

Interplay signs MMO deal with Masthead Studios

Masthead Studios' MMO game: Earthrise (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Earthrise_(video_game)) looks pretty good. It will come out soon, so we can see how good Masthead is with MMOs. If they can make a believable Fallout universe with those graphics, that would be great.

That panorama image looks really good: Industrial Hell from the Plane of Steels!

Fallout 3 The Pitt - First Screens

Interesting color schemes: We had a Fallout 3 Brown (OC), then Fallout 3 Blue (DLC: OA), and now we will get Fallout 3 Yellow. So when's the Fallout 3 Pink (Pony) edition coming out??

    Fallout 3 DLC interviews

Ranne: I guess you are right: "Note that Nineteen Eighty-Four will not enter the public domain in the United States until 2044 and in the European Union until 2020, although it is public domain in countries such as Canada, Russia, and Australia." - from Wikipedia But let's just use...

    Fallout 3 DLC interviews

Or a Public Enemy quote: "Who controls the past, controls the living present, and therefore the future." another quote: "history or HIS story" but this is about black vs white

    Bizarre Museum

Tell me about it! The students were coming from their anatomy practicals wearing their formalin-smelling lab coats into MY cell biology practical class. Putting their filthy, rotting notebooks all over the place. I hate med students. :x Luckily, I'm not teaching anymore.

    NMA Operation: Anchorage review

This sounds like they wanted to put it in the full game, but ditched it for not enough time or resources, or poor quality, or poor writing, or whatever. Then they patched it up somewhat to be released as a DLC.

Monthy Python free Youtube vids lead to 23k% sales increase

On Radiohead and NIN: You guys forget that Trent's first free release was with Saul Williams' Niggy Tardust. And that was just a week, or so, shy of Radiohead's release. I think the idea was around there for awhile. And NIN has recently "leaked" a 400GB multi-cam video footage of three...

    Fallout Boy

Yes, I know that, but I tried to play it like the originals. I started with a specialized character, tried to actually role-play, but I ended up with a jack-of-all-trade. There weren't any meaningful choices for specialized character-development after a while. And I didn't even max everything...

    Fallout Boy

He has some points. My biggest problem with FO3 is that it doesn't seem to have ANY re-play value. No matter what your starting character is, you end up with a demigod, where Electric Weapons\Big Guns are the main thing and your social skills doesn't matter AT ALL. And you can reach L20 by...

    Planet Fallout interviews Wes Johnson

I've actually meant the way he talks. But now that you mentioned it, he was kinda ... indifferent. So it makes some sense that there are no options for more interaction with him. Especially that there will be Fawkes later. I shall see whether I like it with Fawkes or not. (I guess it's...

    Planet Fallout interviews Wes Johnson

I don't know about Fawkes, as I'm not there yet in the game, but I did like Uncle Leo's style. He was the first one I could talk to. His frustration with his fellow super mutants, or with speaking alone was kinda nice. I would have sniped him off from a distance though if he hadn't appeared...

    You as a DnD character.

this is weird: Lawful Neutral Human Fighter/Rogue (2nd/2nd Level) Ability Scores: Strength- 9 Dexterity- 12 Constitution- 10 Intelligence- 19 Wisdom- 14 Charisma- 12 The stat are kinda correct, but Fighter with Str:9 ???? By the detailed results: Almost True...
