    The Mutant Behind the Curtain

It does look good, but it suffers simply from being a first-person jumping game. It can't really work. Although I do like how it had the balls to have a theme song titled "Still Alive".

Fallout 3 GotY: Gamasutra PC #1, Edge #27

It goes to show that the game industry can appreciate how great LittleBigPlanet is, and aren't terrified of the stigma of a "kid's game" like some people. That's all.

Fallout 3 HD Texture pack and more

Are there any screenshots anywhere of the high resolution textures? Also, this might be my problem but the thumbnails on the pages for stuff like the Thermobaric Warhead mod are broken.

    Fallout 3 Editorials

Really? Because I'm not very far and I know it's backed by Rivet City. Good thing we have these negative pieces to cling to, since Yahtzee up and decided to actually like the game. It's like we're all living in crazy town! Impossible Fallout 3 could be good!

    NMA: info & mods

The music mod says it doesn't delete or replace any of the original Fallout 3 music...is it referring simply to the files, or does it also not replace the music in-game?

    Fallout 3 patch 1.0.0.15 released

For those interested, looks like Steam is updating the game now.

    Mama Dolce's Gate Key

Huh. Weird that they'd even pop up a message about a key at all, instead of it just being impassible like anything else.

    Fallout 3 patch 1.0.0.15 released

I'm pretty sure I was also hitting some button at the same time the screen was supposed to pop up like you said, so maybe that's what triggers it. Although, after it happened to me I wasn't thinking and walked into a building and it autosaved. And I had been only using autosave up until that...

    Mama Dolce's Gate Key

Anyone found the key for the gate at Mama Dolce's factory? It is bugging the life out of me not knowing what could be beyond that boundary. It's not in any of the safes or on any of the soldiers, and there's only one computer I can't hack but I'm fairly certain that won't have anything to do...

    Fallout 3 patch 1.0.0.15 released

I'm on Vista, and the game crashes for me all the time, although the only bug I can remember encountering was it skipped the level-up screen for me when I hit level 4. Steam should release a version of the patch soon, right? Riiight?

    Fallout 3 reviews round-up #27

My favorite review round-up. Clear-cut example of journalists being paid off by Bethesda. The sound deserves thin plucks at best.

    Fallout 3 reviews round-up #9

I'm still fucking around in Megaton, but so far I agree, even though it runs choppy as hell on my computer. Come on, laptop, you could handle BioShock at full settings, I know you can do it.

    Fallout 3 reviews round-up #7

Buhwha? Even if he wasn't paying attention in the beginning of the game when it tells you about the flashlight, you'd think he'd accidentally access it by pressing Tab all game. Dunno how you can miss it.

    Fallout 3 review: PSM3

...is that wrong? Those are a good deal of the original Fallout influences... I wonder if the dev team has seen Frisky Dingo

    RPG Vault interviews Inon Zur

Wot? The trend in Hollywood right now is actually to fill a soundtrack with pseudo-indie bands, after the success of stuff like Little Miss Sunshine and Juno. Not to make your rant any less weird.

Bethesda open to Fallout 3 film idea

Wait, you think the Dune movie was better than the miniseries? I may be biased because I hate David Lynch (with the exception of The Elephant Man and maybe Wild at Heart) but I always saw his Dune adaptation as just objectively bad. Espeeeecially if you criticize it in terms of its special...

ABC apologizes for bad handling of Fallout 3 Q&A

I'm confused. How is the M rating substantially different from an R rating? Comics went through their whole scary censorship phase already. Novels probably did at some point, but it's generally new media that's feared, so it probably would've been 17th century prudes freaking out over books.

"tonnes of people"? What is this, the 18th century?

Fallout 3 at PAX: TeamXbox and Aeropause

Sounds to me like she's studying the effects of radiation on people, and keeping the water in a vial would defeat the purpose.
