    Because you didn't have the correct colour palette loaded, so Frame Animator changes it to the correct one when it creates the FRM file. Also if you extract the dat files out you should get the color.pal file from there. also wtf is 'putput'?

    When you create a new weapon pro you get to add a perk to the weapon. those perks are used for weapons not the player. You can now add new perks using timeslips sfall program.

    When you make/edit the weapon pro file you have the choice of 1) what weapon it uses (eg smg) and 2) what attack type (single,burst,continuous) So for the hand flamer tell it to use the smg with the continuous attack type.

    The FRMs are completed for every armour type the player can wear including the FOT environmental armour, but they are not done for the NPC models. Like I said though I do need to redo the Riot gun to include that effect I were just going to add it as a projectile in the Misc art folder...

    Also you may need to edit the latest versions of the msg files. Extract the patch000.dat file (this will be the latest version) and if there are any msg files there use those ones.

    They are done and have been for some time, go to the downloads section and look for the hero attack animations pack, I done these a couple of years back now, but no one has really used them yet :( The mingun does not actually have the fallout tactics gauss projectile effect added to it...
