What the fuck? The journalist is right, that's a direct rip-off of the Call of Cthulhu system. I doubt this will have any effect of CoC: Dark Corners of the Earth anyway, that started production in 1999, before this patent was filed, so I'm pretty sure they beat Nintendo to the punch...
