    I did something like that with a mod i made (more realistic weapons) it's in the weapon modding post i made. there is a bug tho that made the weapons realy hard to hit... but i can fix it if anyone cares to continues from there.

    I can't roleplay the game because some stuff are really hard to explain with common sense. I guess I'm older than the target audience of this game and can't use my imagination anymore. It doesn't help at all if the world doesn't feel like it was leveled by multiple nuclear weapons 200 years ago...

    I changed weapon accuracy, meaning i made rifles more accurate and pistols less accurate. Changed sniper rifle zoom (more). renamed some of the weapons to Fallout 1/2 names. Made it so weapon isn't steady unless you have 50+ small guns skill or crawl for steadiness. Changed ammo names to mm...

    Sure, go ahead. I was just playing with fomm trying to resolve some of my gripes about weapons. I don't remember exactly what i changed but a look in the esp with fomm will solve your curiosity. I mainly changed weapon accuracy, ammo types, weapon/armor degradation.

    actually I think they are all the values e.g. 00 00 C8 41 = 25 float. I found out that using 5 as zoom value doesn't zoom at all. Idk the value for silenced weapons. I'll take a look again in weapon modding in a couple of days since i have some RL stuff to do.

    NO it doesn't. The author of that mod only changes gsmt values which are global for all weapons. GRUP(WEAP).'weaponname'.DATA and GRUP(WEAP).'weaponname'.DNAM contain values that are unique for that weapon. By trial and error i've managed to decode the above values. i find it difficult to...

    Run and shoot spread... If that's what you mean also exists as a "global" value (same for all guns) as gsmt. fGunSpreadRunMult I haven't found the time to test what are the rest of the values...

    i noticed that it is not like that... game waits until no alive enemy is close before skill screen appears. other than that i agree that it shouldn't force you to spent all your points on level up tho.
