Maybe this is the only way they can find hope for Fallout 3? (I know, I'm reaching, but I'm an optimist by nature) They're still wrong though, FOBOS will in no way ever help bring about Fallout 3. Thinking it might is misplaced wishful thinking.

That's assuming that 1) They are smart enough and wise enough to do that 2) The devs aren't so pissed off at them to tell them to take a flying leap if they contact them. 3) They can find the cash to make it all happen.

I'm not familiar with DX2 or it's flaws, are they on the level with what we are seeing in FOPOS?

Actually I didn't get into Fallout until the dual jewels were released, the same as a couple friends of mine. So you might say the true Fallout's fanbase is still growing :)
