I think I'm aware of that by now. ;) Just don't get so caught up in being angry that you forget what the goal is, to convince Bethesda to be as close to what Fallout is meant to be as possible.

He is an employee at Bethesda. He is "flaming" people because of what they have or have not done on a "Bethesda" site. He can say what he wants about himself, George Bush or the Smurfs... but when he starts discussing "Bethesda business" (no matter HOW LOOSELY it might be) then it's only...

As an employee of Bethesda, he has a responsiblity to act like it even if he's off the clock. As people will view him as such no matter what he says. Especially when in a public forum.
