Back when Fallout 2 was new, I was using a 300mhz Pentium II machine with, I think, 512mb of memory. At most the load times would be 1-2 minutes. I'm sure it could have been different on older machines, but I really don't recall ever waiting 10 minutes for loading or saving games.

All games will have bugs. The problem with Bethesda is that they're too busy milking everyone dry with their DLC packs, at 10 dollars a pop, to concern themselves with actually fixing the bugs in the game. Hell, they even fixed their own lame ending to the game, and charged money for it...
