Why didn't they just use 5.56 for the combat rifle? The magazine would more closely resemble it (or maybe it uses "long" .45 bullets) Did they make it .45 so the assault rifle would be the only gun to use 5.56? The Far-Harbour unique combat rifle even uses 5.56
