Depends. I hate most mutants since they are stupid and will try to kill you on sight, but I can make exceptions for individuals like Professor Virgil who can be restored back to humanity with the serum and has not degenerated.

Kind of changed my mind with the Khans. Replayed the game the other week. Convinced Papa Khan to reclaim his tribes glory and leave the Mojave for the Northeast. I like the idea of them settling down to do some good old empire building and becoming a powerful force again.
