Finally some good news! The falloutesque RPG in development by New Blood will have turn-based combat (and kill cams).

Lexx has released version 1.13 of Fallout et tu, the mod that let's you play Fallout 1 in Fallout 2's engine. For more info go to this thread. Here's what Lexx has to say about the update:

In Fallout 1 the BoS trades advanced weapons for food. Not a good idea but since they can produce weapons themselves, that's what they have to offer.

Cool! There are donkeys in Fallout. The farmer outside the Hub has had his killed. So a Donkey would be a nice canon critter to add. Then caravans wouldn't be just brahmins.
