They take place in 2195 or 2196. The squad you play as is not the squad for the rest of the game.
How do I know it takes place then? ecause F:Tactics starts on Jan 1, 2197. The fleet crashed in 2195, and Bunker Alpha was then fabricated from the remains of one airship. I like to place the two...
I like this idea and I like Violator's map. Some art adjustment and then work on encounter tables would be necessary. Building it on Et Tu makes the most sense.
Trouble is, without a scripter willing to work on the project, then you can make all the cool map art you want but nothing will...
Hey Fuzzi,
Wow, it's been a long time since I checked out this thread, and in that time I've become even more of an expert on cut Nevada material. I wish I spoke Russian, would make it a lot easier to work out what is and isn't in the final version.
I won't lie, I'm okay with seeing this one go. The three complete rewrites was a red flag as well as releasing trailers between each rewrite... no consistency in the marketing nor in the writing department, it spelled doom for this mod.
Okay, that title is bait and a reference to my last thread in here, but I'm very amused right now.
I just completed the disowned Wasteland sequel Fountain of Dreams and I'm smirking at how much Wasteland 3 takes from it. I don't know how much of this is intentional given the former game's bad...
This idea is so intriguing that I've already begun drafting an RPG campaign pitch for one of my groups based on it, taking heavy inspiration from God-Emperor of Dune and the first Wasteland. Very good call.
I believe some frames have already been made for a Redhead girl. Last time I played Fallout: Nevada, I played as Redhead girl and I only noticed some missing frames in a couple sets of armor where I became black-hair bob girl.
This is a very cool project and it's unfortunate you're not getting more attention.
Question: would I be able to use assets from some of the existing fan games in your engine? You mention using F1 and F2 assets; could I, for example, use the giant centipedes from Fallout Sonora by uploading its...
Does anyone have a list of the expanded ending slides and their conditions? I completed my playthrough with all companions dead, so I'm curious to know what those slides look like as well as alternate slides for the Hub.
Sonora was in development from ~2017-2020 and created by Russian developers who have not indicated they keep up with New Vegas's modding scene. When did Nuevo Mexico enter development? Furthermore, the 2166 date they finally settled on came after numerous rewrites, the first trailer dated the...
It's not only mentioned and visited (pivotal to the main plot) but Damonta is arguably the only original settlement in Arizona, while every other location was recycled from the first game.
Rangers appear as a special encounter. You can radio Tycho.
