I know about the computers being too fast and generating no encounters and the encounter fix which I used before. However, I just recently had to restore my laptop and wiped everything. But, now I'm having a problem with having TOO MANY encounters. anyone know a way to fix that? it's so bad...

I've been hoping someone would make a faq about how to change npc's appearances. I just read coljack's tutorial but I'm still lost. What editor do I use? F^ck? It doesn't seem to allow changing appearance though.. I was thinking of maybe changing skynet (aka brainbot) into a badder ass...
