I'm using the German Version of Fallout 2 and applied Killap's Patch.
(Not getting it to run first (" Failure initializing input devices. ") I had to switch to compatibility mode AND 256 colors AND force 640x480 ... restarting my computer suddenly it only worked after stopping NOD...
