Hello folks. I've installed killap's patch and am getting waaaay to many random encounters. I've tried editing the ddraw.ini file with limited success.
I finally recopied my fallout 2 directory from the Program Files folder. My edits to ddraw seem to work now.
Unfortunately my save games...
