    NCR expansion between F2 and F:NV

    Hey guys, been looking around the Vault wiki but couldn't find a definite answer. Which towns featured in Fallout2 have become part of the NCR by the time of Fallout: New Vegas? Additionally, is the Bishop ending for New Reno the canon ending? thanks!
