    Restoring Hope Quest Failed everytime I try to turn it in

    My next step in the "Restoring Hope" quest is to 'Tell Polatli about the victory at Nelson' but when I head towards Polatli I get a "quest failed" message for both Restoring Hope and No, Not Much. The 3 NCR I went to Nelson with are still patrolling the city, I'm not sure if that matters...
