Im not sure why but Vic just says "I've had it up to here!". I didnt shoot him or anything that I know of. Ive read that hes in a "apathetic" state and have no idea how to get him out of it. All I have is the GOG mod. I have yet to use any of the mods but maybe one of those will fix it. Any help...
