Everytime I try to load falloutNV.esm the GECK crashes and I have no idea why it happens or what is causing it, anyone else had or have this problem

Does anybody know how much a PC would cost that could run lots of fallout New Vegas mods smoothly? Additionally I would also like to play Battlefield 4 on high graphics but that doesn't really matter. BTW I hardly know anything about building a PC so that wouldn't really be an option for me and...
