M'kay.. I'm running XP, with 512 RAM, blah blah.. Direct X 8. Fallout 1 version...er..whatever the newest patch is on the interplay site. 1.2? I dunno.. I did the stuff for the humongous install for XP and all that jibba jabba, and I run it in 98/ME compatability mode. Game starts just...

Yea..but er.. Lemie rephrase that. Which sub directory.

I did the medium install..but ah...Can't figure out what directory it should go into.

Mods. The one that says you can play as races other than human. 'Races mod'.

..How the heck do I apply mods?

Erm..Seems to have eaten my post I just tried..well.. I reinstalled the game and patched and such and it worked! But then I restarted my computer, and it stopped working again, same problem..bleh..I don't know what to do..

Yep..patched to the latest version, and tried compatability mode for 2000, 98, 95, etc..nothing worked so far.

Basically, the game starts fine and all..but when I select any options on the main menu such as single player/options/etc it goes to the next menu then crashes immediately with the illegal operation box. I'm running WinXP, 1.04 GHz Athlon, 512 MBs of RAM, GeForce 3 Ti200, a Soundblaster...
