    How do you get this perk and what does it do? I've noticed that sometimes it says "So-and-so displays his twitch gaming skills". Does it actually do anything useful? And how do you get it? There aren't any games to be played on the pip-boy.

    Divine Favour Perk

    For some reason it didn't raise my AGI from 10-11. Is it because I was at the race max already? I was slightly disappointed. Although the 50% more perks is incredibly satisfying!

    How do I up reputation (by cheating)?

    I was at savior of the wastes or something, and I got kicked all the way back down to warrior. I think it was after the assault on the mutant research fac. I killed the mutants that were hidden behind the research fac (non-hostile). I think that's what kicked me down in rep. I had no idea...
