    To mimic a DAT file you can just create a folder with the same name and mark it as read-only. But it could also be possible that the tools don't have problem with just only the structure. The saves would work regardless the structure, problem is that people who install new version don't expect...

    Lexx: You cannot just change the language to German because the game then tries to find all the texts in text/german folder. It runs (at least the entry map) but it misses the right texts. We will need to include all the English texts into our DAT then. We all have English or Czech versions...

    Killap: For the Educated Perk. I think It can be repaired by a global script. Maybe i will try it someday. But I'm afraid that script added points will display after CHAR screen is reopened again. Even the perk is confirmed after closing CHAR screen (it can be canceled).
