update: for some reason, i *can* upload the disks found in the sierra army base. they work just fine. but theres a few others, "NCR History Holodisk" and "Bishop's Holodisk" that still just say "That does nothing" when i try to use them. since ive only gotten this far, im not sure about the rest...
