Deffo with the BOS. Seems like the only safe place to live, at least in FO1 and FOT. Ofcourse in FO2, the Enclave walks all over everyone, but I bet it sucks to be a footsoldier in the Enclave. BOS FTW.

FO1: Plasma Rifle (also Turbo) - best weapon really and you get to enjoy it for a good portion of the game. FO2: .223 Pistol and later on the Y2Ketcetc Pulse Rifle - nothing like one-shotting people with the .223. Made such a great sound, followed by the arm and headless body of your target...
