I remember trying to play Tactics on vista failed because there are no IPX drivers for it, anyone knows if this has been changed in Win7? (64 bit version)? or vista, for that matter.

Where is this feargus guy exactly? the entry room to the congress just has 3 guards. and all the npcs youve mentioned have told me about the job. also, im pretty sure its a bug, cause the guards just move through the door if i try to attack them, not open it.

Well, Im trying to talk to tandi about getting the Vault 15 quest, but the room that leads to Gunther (where the 3 cops are) has a locked (and imo bugged ) door. When I try to open it, it says that the door appears to be locked, but upon a successfull picklock, the game says "You deftly Lock...
