I had this too and it is easy and simple to fix: 1. Open your fallout folder 2. open the "ddraw.ini" file in notepad 3. find the words "MouseSensitivity=100" (It is probably set to 100) 4. change the 100 to something more civilized I think that's it. No idea if it detroys your pc or...
