go all intel....collect every bobblehead, take most of the skill perks and you should max out around 18 or 19 oh yeah...comprehension before you read ANY books is a must...and never put skill points past like 60 if theres a book for the skill.....but i havent figured out the sweet spot, so...

power armor in FO3 got nerfed big time, agreed! the unique sets like the medic set and the t51b should give you insane bonuses seeing how the 100% on them lasts very very shortly since theres no way to repair em short of hexing yourself a few dozen sets to repair with

well if you paid attention the BoS in washington is borderline rogue and well mabye they can just start an evil revolution faction you have to fight once the ture brotherhood comes to terms with them

well to their defense they did kind of leave the ending vague enough to continue it on from FO2 and washington would have been a much better place to continue it, but still it shouldve been changed up... europe sounds good but is there any refrences to vault-tec being in europe? i cant recall...
