    Vault Village Hi all, There's something going on witb the Vault village that might be a bug. Can someone help? After I get the quest from Sergeant Stark at Vault City and I talk to Connar in Vault Village I go to talk to Joe (Ian? he he) in the courtyard. Part of his dialogue at the end...
