Yes. You'd scan it and load it into a program like PhotoShop. The trick will be finding decent pencil-like settings for a brush. It's a matter of experimentation. Suddenly it all makes sense, Cpl. :)

I do not understand the advantage to buying this collection, after having acquired all the DLC and virtual pre-order bonuses for around $8 on Steam. Why not just wait for their inevitable sale than spend so much more because someone branded it "Ultimate"? Edit: And ignoring the horror that is...
