I've already tried cleaning the registry with CCleaner (I like the program and already had it). It didn't seem to work.. I may have done something wrong though? Thank you very much though, Ardent and Teukros for your help.

Even after just deleting the Black Isle/Fallout 2 folder, it keeps telling me that I have to save the RP to that location! This is getting insane, I just want to get the best out of my Fallout 2 experience. TT_TT I haven't even been able to get the RP installed at all yet.
