On "Use stimpacks when hurt a bit" they do heal themselves. This seems to be the only setting that works but they are often more than "hurt a bit" :) On "Use stimpacks when hurt a lot" they would rather need some equivalent of Phoenix Down :P Hmmm..."Use reanimate kit on Cassidy"...
